I recently purchased multi family investment property in Ridgewood from Mr. Lama. During the process of purchase we had to face many different obstacles and challenges. When my parents and I were ready to talk about selling our home in Ridgewood, we didn’t know where to start and so I started doing some research. After seeing that Gobinda Lama had great success in the neighborhood and the surrounding areas, it wasn’t even a question of who we should meet with  first. At first, it’s very overwhelming to receive so much information but because he was very responsive and also always basically around the corner when a customer was interested, it felt like everything was under control. Gobinda Lama is a very well mannered and also has great morals for a real estate agent. I myself was a realtor my self for a period of 5 years and he’s one of the good guys out there!
